Windows 10

I recently upgraded to Windows 10 but my cpu speeds have gone down to 1.79 GHz compared to 2.70 GHz in windows 8.1, what can I do to make it run smoothly again?

that's the problem, when I use more programs like Bluestacks it dips to 0.79GHz

Can you run benchmark and post pic with task manager open at the same time?
