You pull all nighters of course. What else are you gonna do?

Grab some coffee and get textbooks and laptops going.

This is what my final week looks like.

Attend class or visit proffesors/teachers, TAs/tutor between 1:00am-9pm. Travel home and arrived by 10pm. Cook and eat dinner between 10-11:30pm. Shower and start studying by 12am.

12am-4:45am study study study study study

Go to bed by 5am in the morning.

Wake up around 12:00pm at noon and be at University campus by 1pm and repeat the cycle.

Social life is to be sacrificed during the final week. Video games, TVs, and other leisure activities are to be sacrificed during the final week.

If you have a job, either call in sick or quit it during the final weeks.

I typically deal with it by making sure I understand stuff over the semester. After this, i always go to bed on time.

This might not be too helpful at this point, but some of my profs were willing to let me take the final either early or late.

It depends on the relationship or rapport you have with the prof. If you can, go to their office hours just to ask questions even if you don't need the help.

Most of my dead weeks and finals weeks, I pretty well lived in the library. I would try to be there by 7am, allow 1hr for lunch and a mind cleanse, 1 hour for dinner and another mind cleanse, then leave about 9 pm only to return the next morning. Repeat this until your last final is done. I found that the library environment was far more conducive to studying than my apartments where distractions were too easy to come by. It's rough, for sure, but in the grand scheme it's really not that much time.

Get adequate sleep. I've learned the hard way that all-nighters will make you tired during exam, thus reduced concentration.
