Lga 2011 hardware recommendation

Hello i'm from Brazil and i'm in a really tight budget and wanna buy cpu and mobo in Aliexpress looks like lga 2011 it's really cheap... My question is if i buy the xeon e5-2650 or e5-1620 for 70 us i will be able to play games and use AutoCAD... i will have to use Windows server right? which one is the best? The x79 its the Chipset? Can be overcloked? My 570 drivers Will work? 2011 its the best Deal in Aliexpress? Ty all

1. You do not have to use Windows server. Normal Windows 10 will work just fine.
2. Depends on your budget and use case.
3. X79 is one of the chipsets on the LGA 2011 socket, however it would be recommended to buy X99 instead.

what are you doing in autocad? a i3 or ryzen will be better in many modeling uses.
