RTX 2070 & 2080 distort randomly.

 I recently finished building my PC, includes a i7 9700k, RTX 2080, z390 ROG Motherboard. Recently I have been randomly having this issue with the  graphics,

Then it happened with RTX 2070, so I returned and got a RTX 2080 thinking maybe it’s the card. As it stands nothing is overclocked yet.

What video output are you using? Can you try a different display and/or cable?

I Just got home, i am currently using the HDMI Port to DVI, the only other port on this particular monitor is VGA, and VGA is not a good idea... so ill switch to the Display port to DVI. and we will see if that fixes it. thanks for the input LOL,
