I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 10 and Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

How many watts do I needATX 3.0 & PCIe 5.0 spec, PSU misconceptions, protections explainedgroup reg is bad

OP what display are you going to use this pc with?

Some of these might be totally overkill for what you need.

Go for the build @Oalei

Here it is again, but with some minor quality and airflow improvements, while keeping you within your 1600. You won't need to spend more than this, especially for 1080p gaming

This is a USD list, so in the top right corner just change it to whatever country you're from or close to

Here's a cheaper build that has close performance to the 9700k, but with 16 threads instead of the 8 on the 9700k:

You lose like 10% cpu performance, but it's far cheaper and as I've said, it's a better all-rounder than the 9700k because of the 16 threads. I also changed the gpu from the overpriced 2070 to a vega 64 nitro+. It's a far better cooler than the windforce model 2070, and it's far cheaper as well. Vega 64 performs very close to the 2070 so not much difference there. Also upgraded the psu because..well we needed to anyways to give the vega card some more room.

This will do 144hz too so don't worry about that.

Why's that?

You won't be utilizing it much playing fortnite and in most cases you'll just be bottlenecking your system at 1080p

But if you insist,

Much Much better star_pilot475.  Good job with the build.  OP grab this build also whats 100 dollars more to get the 9900k instead of 9700k.  If your playing at 1080p gaming then the 2060 6GB will suffice.

Asus Sabertooth x79 / 4930k @ 4500 @ 1.408v / Gigabyte WF 2080 RTX / Corsair VG 64GB @ 1866 & AX1600i & H115i Pro @ 2x Noctua NF-A14 / Carbide 330r Blackout

Scarlett 2i2 Audio Interface / KRK Rokits 10" / Sennheiser HD 650 / Logitech G Pro Wireless Mouse & G915 Linear & G935 & C920 / SL 88 Grand / Cakewalk / NF-A14 Int P12 Ex
AOC 40" 4k Curved / LG 55" OLED C9 120hz / LaCie Porsche Design 2TB & 500GB / Samsung 950 Pro 500GB / 850 Pro 500GB / Crucial m4 500GB / Asus M.2 Card

Not with that motherboard. That's a tier C board and with way worse VRMs than most other boards. The 9900K needs a robust power delivery with solid VRMs just to be able to boost normally let alone OC. Also don't use a tier B PSU on high end parts like this. You can get a tier A PSU right now for $2 cheaper (the SeaSonic Focus Plus Gold 550w) The OP also stated he wants to keep the 2070. So this:

This is also a great build. Again, though, I'd change out that PSU for the SeaSonic Focus Plus Gold 550w which is on a huge sale right now for $50.98 to save nearly $30. It's the same tier of PSU.

Do you feel like i need to buy a better motherboard if i buy a 9700k or was it only if i had bought the 9900k?

You can get the Gigabyte Z390 UD if you don't want to spend any more money. Same price as the MSI Z390-A Pro but with a better VRM. It would handle a 9900K as long as you don't go too crazy on the overclock.

Or if you wanted something that could handle an overclocked 9900K then the Aorus Elite is an extra $40.

**Just noticed your budget is in Euro's but they should be a similar price**

It should be ae to handle the 9700K. Otherwise, EXACTLY what @lee32uk said.
