windows 10 settings good to disable for gaming

im tryna get as many frames as possible can you help me out maybe? im asking it here whilst knowing that many videos showing what should be edited. however i dont trust them that much. i have a full amd system with rx 590 and amd ryzen 5 1600

Nothing in Windows settings will have that kind of effect that you would see it as fps going up. They will effect on maybe loading games and how processes are being treated. But nothing else really. Only disabling search indexing and any kind of active scanning done to your drives would have effect. Nothing that I've disabled with https://www.oo-software.com/en/shutup10  would show up as fps increase. Overall, with modern system, you don't need to even tweak anything. That kind of tricks come into play when you have 5-10 years old system.
