Yes it will fit. If you want to double check it lists ATX power supply compatibility on the main rosewill page:

Im doing a computer build with a microatx case and trying to figure out whether or not a regular atx psu will fit inside my micro atx computer case. I have found power supplies that say they are micro atx but have also done some research and have seen that theirs not really a matx form factor and that most micro atx computer cases will actually be compatible with atx psu. Im not to sure whether this is true or not and dont want to order a regular atx psu and than find out that it wont fit and end up having to spend even more money so i was wondering if i could get some help.

This is the case by the way: https://www.ebay.com/itm/Micro-ATX-Computer-Case-Mini-Tower-Office-Desktop-PC-with-USB-3-0-80mm-Fan/192791813271?epid=5027450230&hash=item2ce3499c97:g:NhkAAOSwGPNcPgMt:rk:7:pf:0
