Setting up a weather cam

We are looking to put up a weather cam on our ham radio club's tower (125' tower on top of a hill) and are looking at different options. We're definitely going to do at least one, but probably two (one facing east and one facing west). We're looking for something decent quality, IP67 (since it will be outdoors) and either with a wide FOV that can be adjusted around or possibly a PTZ option. As this is just a "for fun" thing, budget is always a concern, but we're willing to pay for something decent. Any suggestions or recommendations?
