Yeah, no way something has 100% positive with 300+ reviews. Besides, 1-3 start reviews are always better for getting to know product that 5 star ones.

Amazon is pretty good about banning people from reviews. Hell I got banned because I guess if you leave too many 5 star reviews they feels your scamming the system. So I would assume thats about 300 banned people from the review process. The fact is you could try contacting Amazon support and seeing if they can do anything, or if you bought the product, just leave a honest review.
