Cod Ghosts - dirty scope or its my GPU?

. Sometimes when i zooming in weapon ( right click of mouse ) i get that "artifacts" on scope:

GPU temps is 75C. All other games and benchmarks runs ok. Is this game related or someting again with GPU?

Or look at 04:12 sec:

Its very very rarely, but its happening.  Anybody got the same problem from time to time?                                                                  I have the newest drivers.

I'd say it's a glitch in the game... Because COD.

Well, it seems that CoD Ghosts was textured with MS Paint. That could be why it appears to look like Paint.

I have that game and it is so wonky and weirdly demanding but from what i am seeing from your picture the problem is your GPU. At 75C you need more cooling for the GPU. I put my GPU fans at 65% and have 55-60C with 1280MHz boost clock, 1050v GPU, 6448GHz Memory clock, 130% poerw target. So try speeding up your GPU's fan/s.

I am 88% sure it is the card and 12% it is your CPU as that game is so wonky. Any overclock on need to be adjusted for COD Ghosts. I had my GPU @ 1306Mhz and that is stable in MSI's kombustor and MW3 but if i try COD ghosts it won't even load and if it does it freezes if i turn quickly. My CPU was @4.5 with 1.004v with and offset of + 0.035 and that works stably on everything except COD Ghosts, i had to raise my offset to 0.050 on my CPU and lower my GPU's OC to 1280Mhz for the game to run smoothly. Granted i never got any artifacts like that. I would suggest dumping the ACOG and using the VMR sight and see if you get the same problem.

@sew999 from the picture it looks like the card is the problem...either over heating or something but  from experience it can also be the OC on your CPU + GPU together. Reduce your GPU OC and add some voltage to your CPU and see if you still get it. I have never gotten any of those artifacts and i play on ultra but i use FXAA of AA as i find it is less demanding on the GPU at 1080p.

What are your OC settings and what is your system hardware configuration, CPU + GPU mainly i mean.

It's obviously a game glitch.
