I downloaded GTA SA again, from the windows store, (deleted the first time cause it did this) and tried to play it and it looks like this. Any ideas?

oh my the texture didnt show up at all.

 

try mess with the graphical settings..or install it to an ssd

Is Grand Theft Auto San Andreas even on the microsoft store? Do you have a link to the game you downloaded?

Ah, it's region locked from Australia, that's why I couldn't find it on the store. When I searched for it I could only find knock off games like "Grand Crime Auto Theft" or whatever.
When I click that link it gives me the option of viewing the Canadian version of the site, which shows CAD $8.99 for the game, or the Australian version of the site which shows that the product is not available.
