Which GTX 1660

This one is mostly for @Jurrunio since you mention buying 1660 over 1660ti, which I do agree with.

Which gtx 1660 cards have sufficient cooling to OC to the point of have 1660ti performance? 1440p gaming at 60fps in mind on AAA titles.

I'd just get the cheapest card that's not a short single fan 2 slot card (like the Gigabyte mITX OC, but EVGA XC isn't one of them as it is 3 slot). Memory overclocking dont need extra cooling.

But 1440p will definitely be pushing it for 16 series in general, heck even the 2060 can't do 1440p 60fps high settings sustained, it will dip lower from time to time.

I don't know if I can fit 3 slot cards on my mATX board.

The 1660ti has similar performance to the 1070. I'm ok with some dipping as long as the average is high enough.

nah I'd rather not follow that. Coolers with the same name on different generation of cards can perform differently from one another. It's more like product tier list.

Could I get this one?

If not I'll just try an XC gaming.
