HDD not showing up on windows

Just got my Seagate 1tb HDD but when I plug it in it shows in bios but does not show in disk managment or command prompt at all so I have no idea what to do now.

I did and it still did nothing and I even switched SATA ports. It's internal

Did you try a different cable?

Chances are, it's a bad drive then. Look into exchanging it under warranty.
