upgrading my GPU

So, I just recently installed my new CPU i5 6500 --> i7 6700k and I was wondering to what I should upgrade my GPU to go with that upgrade.

 

now I have a GTX 960 4GB on an MSI Z170A PC MATE motherboard. I have been thinking and some ppl suggested on my previous post to upgrade to an AMD rx580 or an Nvidia GTX 1660/1660 TI.

I know that these GPU's are mid-range price class. But I was wondering which one is better to upgrade to for in that price range.

 

(keep in mind I live in the EU)

 

UPDATE: forgot to put my monitor spec (1080p, 75HZ)

Eh, I'd get the 1660

Though the 8GB 580 will be fine if you're trying to save some money
