Windows 10 problem...

Hello, I have 3 problems with Windows 10 (1809).

1- Everytime I start my pc, when I copy/past something this is happen: C:\Users\BRUNOD~1\AppData\Local\Temp\PRODUCT_NAME_UNKNOWN_CrashDumpPRODUCT_VERSION_MAJOR_UNKNOWN-PRODUCT_VERSION_MINOR_UNKNOWN-2019-03-15--12-48-08_.dmp, wtf is that ?

2- My mouse blinking every 2 seconds. No, nothing in the background is downloading. But when I restart my pc, everything is fine.

3- When somebody talk on discord, I hear echo wtf ?

Any help ?

1. No idea. DId you install all of your motherboard drivers?

2. Drivers, I 'd imagine?

3. Thats probably their fault.
