Nvidia's upcoming Maxwell-based gtx 750 Ti GPU

I wonder why it would be named 750 Ti? Wouldn't it be part of the 800 series?

I think Nvidia hasn't announced the name yet but as the performance will be that of the 750 Ti the article regarded it as a 750 Ti.
