wattage wise yes but what psu is it exactly?

The brand of PSU matters a lot more than the wattage. I have seen plenty of FAKE PSUs that claim to be 650 or 750 but have only one 6 pin gpu power.

That's a terrible power supply quality wise, I would refrain from using it personally speaking... seen enough cases of Corsair VS power supplies not managing what they should manage considering wattage.

I had an older Corsair 650 series PSU. I only used the PC it in was in a few times a month and hardly ever put any real load on it but after 2 or 3 years it failed. Would not recommend. I think modern corsair PSUs are better but I haven't tried them. I also have a OCZ 650W that I bought in 2012 and used daily since with an R9 290 overclocked pulling 300W alone and that is still working fine so it really does depend.

Fury easily pulls + 300 watts if you place it on it's non silent bios (Nitro+ Sapphire)

And this card will also severly pull some amperage from the PSU, so make sure the cables are of ample quality, (18 - 20 AWG)
