How much is a used i5 7500 worth?

Hi,

Can someone tell me what is a good price for a used and unboxed i5 7500 (not k version)?

The reason I ask is I have been offered one.

Regards,

Gaz

How much is a Ryzen 5 2600 brand new where you live? usually it should be at least a tad cheaper than that.

I would say maybe 120 dollars, as its used, a dead platform,  and only slightly better than a ryzen 3 and much worse than a ryzen 5, as you can get a 2600 for about 160 dollars now

That's around the going rate on eBay so it checks out.

edit: or you could get a "Ryzen i7 7700k"

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 10 and Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

Less than a Ryzen 5/1600 or 2600, depending what is cheaer.

It is a 4 Core/4 THread CPU on a dead Plattform.

So a good price for it would be something under 100€.

I'd pay at most 75€
But people tend to want more for that....

Yeah, but 120 is the absolute upper end for the K Version. We're not talking about the K-Version.

So around £75-£80 then in the UK for the non K version.
