Able to access site from phone, but not desktop

When I log in on my phone, as I have now, I'm able to view the site and everything seems to be functioning normally. 

 

However, trying to access the site through my router yields a cloud flare 522 error with Ray ID 4b24dd53592fb5ae.

 

Checking isitdownrightnow shows the site as up. 

 

I haven't been issued any warnings or points, and my account is still active, so I'm unsure what the issue could be.

Just to be sure: Your phone and your PC are in the same network, trying to access the same website?

That ray ID isn't showing in the server logs, which means the request didn't make it as far as the server. Can you go to https://linustechtips.com/cdn-cgi/trace on both your phone (where ltt is working) and through the router (where it's not), and send me both of the traces. If you want to redact the IP address, can you send it to me via PM to make it a bit easier to debug?

No. The phone is on the mobile network, while all the other devices I've tried are on my home network. Both urls are https://www.linustechtips.com

Can you hook your phone into the same network that your main machine is in?

What browsers are you using?

 

My money is on the different networks. Seeing that you have >1.000 posts I guess you're a regular, so accessing this site from your PC worked before?

I've tried the following configurations:

• Laptop I normally use to access forum: firefox, edge.
• Mining machine: chrome, firefox edge.
• Ipad: standard browser. 
• Phone: chrome browser, both WiFi and mobile. 

The only configuration which works is phone, mobile. Additionally, I retried after clearing cache/history/cookies on my normal forum access macine and browser. No change was noticed. 

 

Every forum post I've made is from the normal laptop on Firefox. This is the first forum post I've made not on that configuration, so I'd venture to guess that its the network.

So it's def. a network issue. Try restarting your router(s?) and/or contacting your ISP to see if there are any reported issues...

Might be areal issue. If you have access to VPN and are depending on forums, now is the perfect time.
