Is this AIO performing as expected?

Hi, i have a ID-Cooling Frostflow 240L cooling my i7 3770k OC@ 4.2 GHz.

My temps are:

40~35 C° Idle

 

70~65 C° While gaming (60-80%)

 

90 C° While in Prime95

 

My thermal paste is the Artic cooling Mx-2.

 

EDIT: Room temperature 27~30 C°

at what core voltage?

a bit on the hot side if you ask me, but cheaper coolers are never the top performers anyway

it is on the hot side, but the 3770k was a hot chip, and what started the delidding craze thanks to intels crap TIM.
