Windows Push Notifications Uses A lot of RAM

I need help, after about 5 minutes upon restarting or rebooting my pc, Windows Push Notification starts to eat up all my memory and raises the cpu usage as well. 

I have tried a clean reboot however the problem still continues.

how much ram have you got then? what's your ram usage?

why everybody post the spec of their rig here? i dont! cuz its made of mashed potatoes!
