if it's running at anything higher than 1.45v it could have degraded, can't know for sure. It could also be a vrm throttle depending on your motherboard, not every board can push 200w.

it doesn't have garbage VRM's, but the VRM's are not that great considering the price that's all, it can overclock a 9900K to 5Ghz easily.

Download HWinfo to check voltages and everything else, also pay attention to your CPU usage before starting Cinebench, it should be around 0%.

They usually are. Its just, that Asus cheaped out on the VRMs of all the ROG boards except the Apex and Gene for Z390. They're not absolute garbage like I first said, but considering how much you pay for most of the Maximus Xi boards, it's terrible.

thats kinda high but I wouldn't think that would degrade the performance in just two months, unless your CPU is under heavy load all the time.

with the possibility of overshooting when ur not looking, anyway with the current info you've given us, i'm leaning toward the vrm overheating instead of the cpu already degraded (altho it could be well on its way), if you are running 166w in cinebench, which is non-avx, u could be looking at over 1.45v/220w+ for avx games (basically heavy shooters), which would put the vrm at around 110C and throttle, especially if you have an AIO cpu cooler and no airflow to the vrm. try setting a manual voltage of 1.35v and see if it's stable, if it isn't, lower to 4.9.
