The first thing to go to when things like this happen, what does the blue screen say when it does this? This often tells you lots about an issue. Also what drivers are you using? There have been issues with a few of the NVidia drivers and RTX cards atm.

That's the code 0xc000021a

There is a very good chance that this is actually a windows related problem and not an issue with your graphics card see here:

If this doesn't work then report back, please :)

The latest version of Windows has also provided a lot of issues, it could just be Windows 10 doing this, hence why it worked on your other build, some installs are affected, some aren't.

For the life of me i feel my head going to blow. I installed the windows 10 from my laptop to my usb and i made my usb a bootable device. I tried to install the windows on my pc again and now it gives me at the end corrupted files.  Let alone im dealing with anotjer problem where my commander pro is not giving any power to fans. Worst upgrade i have ever did in my life. I dont know where to start.

So after troubleshooting for a couple of hours i came down that my rams are faulty after running with 1 single stick my windows can be installed again with no bsod and running perfectly and about the fans. The commander pro ports are dead. So i submmited 2 rmas for corsair and g skill.

when I rebuilt my system, and went with a I9 9900k, I had numerous ram and cpu stability problems on an asus Z390E. Decided to go back to EVGA, a z390 ftw, and had similar problems. However once I flashed with the current bios, I had no more ram or cpu problems, and tossed a little 5.2Ghz OC on it

Actually my problems are over now. It was one of my rams stick they are faulty causing bsod and causing windows not to install.

glad to hear. My ram SEEMED to be the problem, but it wound up just not working with ASUS board well, but fine on EVGA ;) I prefer EVGA anyways, since their offices are LOCAL to me
