except fan speeds because it will be loud (use custom fan profile) and temperature limit (unlink it from power limit)

Dont touch the voltage slider if you dont know what you are doing, adjust the core clock sliders slowly and test it in a game or a benchmark after every adjustment made.

I think touching voltage on modern NVIDIA cards, even turning it all the way up, is totally fine even for a newbie.

Yes, technically you can, but as said before, I'd be careful about touching all of the sliders if I didn't know what I was doing...

Also, be careful about potentially voiding your warranty/bricking your card(although one might argue about that being too easy)...
