The thing with laptops is that main model is same across all regions. They change models numbers somewhat since not all combinations are available everywhere. So with this F570 is main model, anything after that is region specific. Reviews about basic performance should still be same as cooling, display and other aspects won't change.

have you try google to find written reviews opposed to video reviews?

There's also the X570 but I get completely lost at Asus' large stable of laptops.
