240mm radiator at top of 400C?

Right now I have a 280mm Kraken x62 in my 400C intake cooling my GPU. I'm interested in an x52 to cool my CPU although the only position possible is at the top.

 

Would this even fit together? I worry about clearance. For what it's worth, I'm using Corsair Vengeance RGB RAM and the head spreader is fairly tall.

it should fit fine. If you're worried about clearance, you can measure how much space you have at the top. typically motherboard VRMs are more likely a clearance issue than ram
