Need help with A H100i v2 and a Maximums xi

So, its my first build and i think i messed up or something, There are 2 cords coming from the base of the H100i and then it has its got a cord that you plug in on the other side, but do i need to plug in both of them? or can i leave 2 that are connected because i cant find where to put them.

The one plug that looks like Micro-USB is most likely the Corsair Link port. The other one that looks kinda weird should be power. Im not 100% sure, but i'll be damned if it isn't. If im not mistaken, you don't have to plug in Corsait Link, the other one is a must. Check you manual if you seem to be confused. I looked quickly at the manual, and found your answer in Step 5. https://www.corsair.com/corsairmedia/sys_master/productcontent/H100iv2_QSG.pdf

Hope that helps!

1 is for pump power/speed the other is a micro usb that you plug into the pump then plug the other end into a USB 2.0 header
