Tips for Cleaning Motherboard

I'm about to put my old i7-3770 system in a fresh new case to sell, looks quite grubby tho.

 

other than blowing it with air, whats the usual method for cleaning a motherboard? Doesnt need to be perfect just want to get off a lot of the grub. i was thinking some sort of brush

Any sort of smaller paint brush or makeup brush will work. If there's actual goo from anything, rubbing alcohol and a Q-Tip or Cotton ball.

 Try WD 40 Specialist Electrical Contact Cleaner Spray. You can soak electrical components, it dries right away, leaves no residue on plastic and metal. Check out the many videos on youtube. Amazon $6.74 usd.

thanks. ended up just giving it a light dusting with a paintbrush and it worked wonders
