The Master Air Pro 4 Cooler Master is compatible with the Gigabyte Z390 Aorus Elite and a i7 9700k? i can install it or not? And how can i see if a Cooler can be installed on a motherboard?

It will fit, not blocking any RAM nor 1st PCIe slot. If your case has space for it, you are fine with it. All LGA115X have same mounting hardware.
