Modded case for exterior rad

So i took a nip out of the back of my case, just enough to feed the hoses and case fans wires..

I was considering this ...

taking my rad and putting it in a bucket of water with aquarium power heads that i have...

they are made to push alot of water ....

would the juice be worth the squeeze as far as getting any lower temps?

or once the water heats up the temps will be the same? i could also do the antifreeze or some other automotive on the outside of my rad....

suggestions for my ghetto AIO loop would be appreciated... looking for crazy good temps ... 32 idle 75 -78 max... wanna lower it

i also have a box fan... a wall mounted ac unit ...

A real case with real water cooling.

If you only want better temps while while the ice and water are still below ambient, that can work too.
