A good single fan water cooler with a little RGB?

PapaP

Looking to replace my noctua because the brown just isn’t doing it for me anymore. Preferably around $100 but can be a little higher. Has to be AM4 compatible.

EDIT: Sorry, saw this is for water cooling, not air cooling.

You can try the Corsair 085 as that is a more trust worthy company.  Here is link  Corsair Cooler RGB Single Fan

120mm AIO with RGB? Try Coolermaster's MasterLiquid ML20L RGB.

Edit:

For a $100 budget, go ahead and grab a Corsair AIO, H60 or H80.

Fair warning, single fan rads tend to perform on par with mid tier air coolers. If you just want to get rid of the signature noctua brown you could just get similar sized fan(s) with rgb and attach them to the noctua heatsink

I have a corsair AIO in my system as we speak. It's an old revision (if memory serves me right its about as old as the AM3 socket) and its still kicking like new! Cools my i5-8600K @ 4.6 all core (yes I know thats not much above max single core) just fine. +1 on corsair!

Brands I wholeheartedly reccomend (though do have flawed products): Apple, Razer, Corsair, Asus, Gigabyte, bequiet!, Noctua, Fractal, GSkill (RAM only)

I was considering this, but was concerned when thinking about the same performance? Would it really be the same as just switching fans but keeping the heat sink?

If the replacement fans' speeds and CFM are the same with the original fans then you're pretty much set for similar performance.

Well, there's the Noctua Redux series that come in gray if you wanna stay with Noctua.

You can swap the brown fan with its exact same spec Chromax version

If your current fan is the NF-F12 or NF-A15, they have those 2 fans the Chromax version which are black with additional multiple color rubber pads,

https://noctua.at/en/products/fan/chromax

They also have some NF-F12 and NF-A14 iPPC fans which are black and high RPM.

https://noctua.at/en/products/fan/industrial

If you need to have RGB on them, you can install the "Phanteks Halos" onto that black Noctua fans, so you can get no more ugly high performance fan with RGB on it.

http://www.phanteks.com/HalosDigital.html

I also prefer Noctua to be black than brown as my favorite color is black, but actually the brown fans also are not a problem for me.

Here is mine with all the Chromax fan and heatsink cover,

(don't bother the outsider rear fan)
