Posted February 8, 2019 Hi Everyone, It's becoming more apparent that I'll be getting myself the i9-9900K processor and I'm planning to overclock it to as much as it can handle. I'll be getting the Gigabyte Aorus Master motherboard which is said to have 8+8 EPS 12V connectors. I was going for the following PSU: be quiet! Dark Power Pro 11 850W but then I noticed it has only one 8-pin connector and another 4+4 connector, so I concluded I should get a different PSU and this seems like the only good (Tier 1) option I could find: Seasonic Prime Ultra 850W Titanium - Is this indeed the one I should go for? Posted February 8, 2019 The 4+4 connector is equivalent to an 8 pin. The point of the 4+4 is so it can be used on both motherboards that require 4 pins and those that require 8 pins. Multicore of 2250.
