Easy 144hz TN.  IPS is not really good at gaming fyi.  If your a pro artist grab the 75hz but if you gamer then grab the 144Hz as it will shine.

If you're getting VA monitor, make sure it doesn't suffer from ghosting and smearing.

I believe the Acer is a bit cheaper, but I think the samsung would be better.
