1080p 60+hz under $220?

My budget for a monitor is $220 and I'm wondering if the dream of 120-144hz is possible within this budget. Of course I'm alright with 75hz too, so if you can recommend a monitor I would be very happy!

(I plan on getting a 1080p monitor)

Unfortunaly these, either don't exist or are $300 in my country (Sweden) and I suppose I'll have to go with 75hz after all.

If you can. Id suggest saving that last 600 sek. Though if you cant, yes youd have to go for the 75hz model
