HELP! Crucial MX500 not working

sounds like you should RMA it

'Ello there!

I thought I'd post in here and ask you guys to help, considering I haven't found anything online, that would help me.

I've recently received a brand new Crucial MX500 1TB SSD, runs on SATA 3. Last night I decided to install Windows on it, but to no luck, it seemed to have crashed on the "Getting things ready" screen, it was there for about 10-15mins.

After all that, I restarted and absolute Hell would begin. I couldn't boot into the disk, I couldn't (for some odd reason) boot on my USB to restart the installation, nothing. I could, however, boot into my old SSD and everything seemed fine.

I used the official Microsoft Windows Creation Tool to install the OS installer onto my USB. I've also used the ISO and converted my formatted USB into a boot drive using Rufus.

This morning I decided I'll just simply use my new SSD as a secondary disk. However, not even that would work perfectly normal. CS:GO would go on to load corrupted many times, GTA V seemed to have been stuck on the loading screen for more than two minutes, and once sharing the screen with my friend, the entire PC just BSOD'd. CrystalDisk reports the SSD as 100% heatlhy, with no problems.

Is there any way to fix this on my own, or should I just simply send it back to the shop and warranty the whole thing and hope for the best?

help.

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...

Builds:

The Toaster Project! Northern Bee!

The original LAN PC build log! (Old, dead and replaced by The Toaster Project & 5.0)

Simmer down my friend.  Logitech RMA is the best in the world.  I know, Ive RMAed at least dozen times with them.. and they send you a brand new product and you don't have to send them any money.. They send it out within a day or two and it arrives fast.  You don't have to pay and send your old one back, just don't mention it and your cool.  We never send back anything to Logitech for decades.  good luck
