overclocking the amd ryzen 2600 with stock cooler.

I wanna buy the amd ryzen 2600 the stealth cooler is included but I want to overclock not a lot but somewhat can I do it with the stock cooler or do I need to upgrade. If so what cooler do you advice.

AMD has been shipping stock coolers for the ryzen lineup that aren't too bad. You might be able to a bit. Jayztwocents did a video about it.

Honestly you won't be getting more performance out of an overclock that you would out of XFR, which is applied automatically. A friend of mine had his system at 3.8 at all times during a R6S session, and that game is pretty hard on the CPU. Wraith stealth + stock performance is pretty good.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

The 65W cooler isn't great. Ryzen 2000 boosts fairly well, so you might be happy with just the stock performance.

should be fine, I'm 2 cores down but also smaller wraith stealth unlike the 2600 stock cooler which is slightly better. I got a 4.0 overclock as well as a 1650mhz on the apu and stick around the mid 60s when gaming and upper 70s when benching/stress-testing
