Is there any device out there that would prevent people from hacking my internet? No. Matter what I do, it will keeps happening.

Why do you believe people are hacking your internet in the first place?

Because it's being used when I'm away from home. I don't live with anyone either, it's just me.

I think so uppcase, lower case, number, symols included

@Chrismage, you may want to upgrade your router's security for that.
Pretty much the 101 mentioned below:

  1. Open a browser and visit your router's IP address.
    If you're unsure about what IP you've to go to, visit this link and open the Router Private IP.
    Once opened, it would ask for your username and password. No idea what that is?
    Take a look at your router's manufacturer and model number and google something like "default password for <ROUTER MODEL HERE>"
    (Routers or the boxes they come in have a sticker mentioning the default username and password, sometimes)
  2. Once you've successfully logged in, you'd be in router's settings.
    Under WLAN settings, look for WPS (WiFi Protected Setup) and disable it.
  3. Under Encryption mode, select the best one available for you. It'd probably be WPA2 (AES).
  4. Under network users/administrators, look for registered accounts.
    Register one or more accounts with root priviledge (because accidents happen). If you see unknown accounts, remove them.
    Also, change the default account's password that you googled in step 1.
  5. Okay, the main thing now- save your changes. Restart your router.

Can you elaborate on this?  How do you know your internet is being used when you're not at home?
