RGB Graphics Cards On Non-RGB Boards

Hello I have a Non-RGB motherboard the ASRock pro 4 z390 and I was wondering if I got a graphics card with RGB could I still control the lights. I don't care if it syncs with everything else I just don't want it to be stuck on rainbow and have that next to my case with blue LEDs.
