Can't get into my bios

I turned on ultra fast boot on my gigabyte b450m ds3h, but now I cant get back into my bios because Windows loads up before my peripherals do. How can I get back into my bios?

Have you tried clearing the cmos to restore default motherboard settings?

Hold the shift key as you select the windows restart option. Follow your nose to UEFI boot.
