For what game and what detail level? Minesweeper on default? MMOs? Across the board? We need much more detail to give you anywhere close to a decent answer.

  • Processor Core: i5 2.8 Ghz
  • Memory: 8 GB RAM

buy used pc, trust me a 5 year old pc with good gpu will be adequate for another 5 years.

like the cpu 3770k is great for 1080 with gpu like gtx 780

So buy new storage and buy used parts for everything else like suggested? You can go used and not buy a pre-built or something and just part it out with used hardware.

600 is overkill for used, unless you want new go for low ryzen builds you will save lts of money

1080p with $2k is overkill. For $1200 you can get a Ryzen 5 2600 and a 2060 and customize it to your hearts desire. For 1500 you could even throw in some basic water cooling and RGB so you could "be just like Linus"

 

If you're serious I'll throw a PCPartPicker list together but looking back on your posts, I doubt it.
