16:9 to 4:3 converter

Does anyone know if this exists? I need to change the aspect ratio of something hooked up to my tv and my tv unfortunately does not have this option.

some 4:3 tv's back in the day had an option to resize and move the screen , you could  squish the image down to get anamorphic 16:9

and or you'll have to set whatever device you're using to 4:3 mode

Unfortunately I'm trying to do this on a 55 inch 4k TV. And it's stretching my ps2 to 16:9 through hdmi and has no setting to switch it lol. Best I can do is zoom in.

So I'm trying to find some adapter hopefully to squish it back lol
