I was playing with this piece of software called Wallpaper Engine. it's really neat. But I found out that steam was a huge idiot and installed it on the wrong drive. So I uninstalled it and reinstalled it on the correct drive. But now my windows desktop is in a weird green theme. The program borders, taskbar, and even the volume sliders are now this neon green. How do I reset this to default? Preferably not digging into the Windows registry, because I know that that is an option.

Go to Settings > Personalization Settings >  Themes
