I didn't know where to post this. So i'll post it here.

My floatplane subscription should end on the 23rd of January. I logged into floatplane a few days ago and the system has forgotten my subscription and all of my payment details.

I've emailed, and reached out on twitter with no response. Its only been a few days, but that's a few days of missed content.

Can anybody here help me out, or point me in the right direction? I love what the guys at both LMG and floatplane are doing, so don't really want to go through paypal and give them a bad record.

Edit: I forgot to mention, i cancelled my LTT forum subscription and moved to paying on the floatplane system at the end of December.

Yes its happened to others, they will get around to you. They are just busy making silly faces for their videos and clickbait titles, CES and all.

That's how floatplane used to work. When it was based on these forums and not the floatplane website. 

 

I didnt know others have had the issue. I'll sit and wait then, not trying to queue jump.

Also if you have not noticed the banner at the top of the page, Floatplane subscriptions are being migrated to the floateplane site.

 

If you are wanting to maintain your forum subscription (not FP) then PM an forum admin to get it cleared up.

I don't have access to any Floatplane details (you will have to wait for Floatplane support for that, and they are very busy due to the migration), but it sounds like you could have accidentally created two accounts. If you're sure that's not the case, I'm afraid there is nothing else that can be done through the forum.
