What types of games and what are you shooting for? 1080p high refresh rate or higher resolution gaming?

Given the current exchange rate of 1.275 USD = 1 GBP (https://www.xe.com/currencyconverter/convert/?Amount=900&From=GBP&To=USD), you're presenting a fairly large range and with no location within which to purchase said computer parts.

Please see this thread and provide more information:

What are you doing with the PC? Gaming only? Content creation? Because if youre looking for into content creation you can get a good Ryzen or 7th gen Intel processor. For the graphics cards try to aim for something in the 10 series, no point in an RTX card at the moment. I'm not amazing at PC's but I do know some what about PC's.

Also you can look into the pre builds and buy parts off that and what you think is necessary.

The aim is just gaming only, not interested in content creation. In regards th currency its pounds but i dont put the dollar sign in there as obviously LTT works in dollars and i thought maybe most of the people on here would. I was hoping to go for an i5 9600k but find it hard to get a setup for that under £1000, anyone here have experiance with one.
