Best suggestion I can really think of is to reset the cmos. Do you know how to do that?

Update BIOS. I had a similar issue with a Z77 chip and a 970.

When I try to find any info about my mobo it just says "To be filed by OEM"

What does that mean??

what? well doesn't matter try to get the motherboard name by looking at the motherboard itself, it should have its brand and model printed somewhere.

With that info, go to manufacturer web and download the latest BIOS.

Flash it.

Test again.

Yep, it's quite uncommon. Never heard of GS-OEM. Sadly i believe you ran out of luck. The problem you are having is due to an outdated BIOS. Since the motherboard is an OEM from a ghost brand, updating is not an option hence using the gpu is not an option either.

I'd like to help you but looks like a dead end.
