Tier 3 and up is recommended. Also, are you sure that PSU isn't a proprietary shape? Does it have specialized connectors or different form factor?

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 11 and Fedora Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

PSU tier list

How many watts do I need?

What is your budget? 60$/60€ can give you a good CX450 or CX550 to get started with (if the PC is compatible with it, some PSUs and cases in prebuilts are completely proprietary).

If it's SFX, I recommend a SF450 80+ Platinum (simply because of the box, it will perform the exact same as the 80+ Gold version except for the efficiency but it has a cool box like come on I'd happily pay the extra for a cooler box)

Ryzen 7 3700X / 16GB RAM / Optane SSD / GTX 1650 / Solus Linux

That AcBel unit can support a low power graphics card.

Specifically low profile GPU without required PCIe connectors.

That is, if you motherboard has a PCIe port.

Sometimes OEM motherboards limit the PCIe ports wattage to something like 50W. In that case, the best you could get is a GT 1030. Otherwise you could use a GTX 1050ti.

If you were to upgrade the power supply, you'd need to be sure the size is compatible, it uses DC-DC converters, and that you have special adapters.
