Having problems with premier pro cc 2019

I recently downloaded Adobe Premier pro cc 2019. but when I open it, the text shown in the picture pops up. I have a Nvidia gtx 1050ti gpu. I tried to look in youtube, but all the solutions here are about either AMD or intels internal graphic driver. So at this point I have nothing but to ask help here.
