I have a problem on discord

It says I need to verify my phone number in order to type in the discord but my phone number was connected to my other account and that account got banned (still have no clue why). What should I do?

To get banned on the entire of Discord, you must have done something pretty bad... 

but here's a little tip, you can still use your new phone number on this account and they won't do anything about it, remember, phone numbers are recycled and used by other people when you switch phone provider so Discord can't really "ban" a phone number
