[ANSWERED] Laptop NOT DETECTING Headphones

Cyguns
Go to solution Solved by Max_Settings,

Your headphones won't show up in device manager as they are not USB headphones. Anything that uses 3.5mm will never show up in device manager because the the 3.5mm jack can't transfer information like USB can.

I am using my Razer Kraken Pro V2 with my Asus Strix Scar Edition. It was functional but in device manager, it doesn't detect my headphones. Why is this happening and how can I fix this issue?
