MX Brown Tenkeyless Recommendations?

CheeseburgerChad

Hello guys! I'm looking into getting a new keyboard and given how helpful everyone here usually is I figured I'd see if you guys have any opinions.

Basically I currently own a Razer Blackwidow X Tournament Edition with Razer green switches (loud, tactile) which I really like but is sometimes a bit too loud for my liking. I have also spent a good amount of time with a Logitech G610 Orion Red, which has also been a good experience but I would prefer some tactile feedback for general typing and also a Tenkeyless format in general as I don't typically use the numpad and find it to take up unnecessary space on my desk.

What I want to know is if anyone has any opinions as to what the best option would be for a Tenkeyless keyboard with MX Brown switches, as I feel like this would be a good compromise for me as I do a fair amount of both gaming and typing. I'd like to keep it under $150 and it must have macro support and backlighting of some kind (rgb is cool but not required).

Any opinions and justifications as to why you like that board are greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Meh some build specs...

Meh some inspirational quote meh...

Tactile bump of browns is very tiny, barely noticeable for some, keep that in mind if you want tactility. As for the keyboard, in my area there are great deals for this one : http://www.coolermaster.com/peripheral/keyboards/masterkeys-pro-s/ Build quality is great, only caveat is soft touch plastic casing stains easily, you need to clean it with a microfiber cloth from time to time. Filco or ducky keyboards are great too, but if shipping is costly then go for coolermaster, they are widely accessible in many stores.

I would check out the Ducky One 2 TKL. There are multiple models with different backlighting such as this RGB one, and the switches of your choice. It has PBT double shot keycaps and a detachable usb-c cable, and isn't too expensive either. No software is required for RGB or Macro configuration, and excellent build quality. Would definitely check it out.
